I am a homeschool Mom of a 12 yr old son with PDD.We do struggle but we manage.I want to learn more as cheaply as possible.I want to get blown away with knew ideas and knowledge! I know he is capable of so much more,I just need to now how to get to him.

Hi Tina,

Each child is different and so what works for one may not work for the other. Even among my own two, different tactics work. I highly recommend the DIR/Floortime method as it uses your son’s interests to engage him. Get down on the floor with him and do what he does, that will help you get a better idea of where he’s coming from and then give you ideas.
