Jaburg & Wilk Feeding Training Series: Addressing Feeding Issues – 12/3/2010

Jaburg & Wilk Feeding Training Series: This series is offered in collaboration with P.O.P.S.I.C.L.E. The framework for this series of trainings will address the interplay of ASD characteristics and the treatment of feeding issues. Participants attending this series will learn about biological factors, traumatic feeding experiences or other behavioral issues that may result in a feeding disorder. Key features of this series will focus on family support intervention using a trandisciplinary approach, options for support emphasizing social emotional development and intervention based on Applied Behavior Analysis with consideration for kids that need to be medically managed.
