It is back-to-school time for students across the nation. If you are the parent of a child on the autism spectrum, educating yourself about the nuances of educating our children is imperative. Individualized education plans, IDEA, 504 accommodations, etc can be a confusing world. However, if you take the time to learn about all of these educational terms, you will be in a position to better advocate for your child’s educational services.
